We are a mission-driven company. We believe strongly that education institutions around the country understand the importance of attending to the human side of the students and teachers in our classrooms, and that it is merely logistical problems that keep us from scaling mental health, social emotional, and well-being programs across districts and states. Our mission is to provide an efficient tool that will allow educators to more effectively elevate the next generation of humanity.
Real People – We keep it real. We will always be truthful and transparent in our communications and when you contact us you’ll always get a response from a real life human, not a robot!
Heart Centered – Everything we do is guided by love in our hearts; for our team, for our families, for everyone we serve through Rhithm, and for humanity at large.
Inspired – Rhithm was inspired by the individuals our CEO served as a mental health clinician, and we continue to be inspired by the stories we hear of Rhithm making a difference and saving lives.
True Believers – We believe in education, we believe in human beings, and we believe that, in partnership with our educators, we can make a massive difference.
Hustler Energy – We are relentless in our service and in pursuit of our mission. No one will work harder than our team to meet our customers needs and we won’t stop until we reach the goal!
Makers of Change – Rhithm makes change. It changes school cultures, it changes classroom dynamics, and it changes lives.
